Hello, and welcome to Spectrum Therapy Services, LLC. My name is NIkki Stout, and I graduated from New York University, with my Occupational Therapy Masters degree. I have had over 25 year experience, and have had the opportunity to work in a wide range of settings, but by far my preferred setting is the Medicaid Waiver! I specialize in the area of individuals with developmental delay, intellectual and neurological disabilities. I have an amazing team of therapists who deliver exceptional individualized services to each client. I am a nature and animal lover, and my favorite activities in my free time are spending time with my adult children at the beach, going for walks with my Golden Doodle, gardening, and cooking.

With a background in Human Biology from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Carolina, Lauren uses a transactional approach in addressing patients’ physical needs and beloved occupations in their homes and communities. After a decade of clinical work in rehabilitation, early intervention, and home health occupational therapy, Lauren has developed an understanding of clients’ diverse needs for creative solutions to elevate the experience of living their best lives. When not working with her clients, Lauren enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and three boys, and reading every good book she can get her hands on!
