Nikki D. Stout, MS, OTR/L Owner of Spectrum Therapy Services, Masters degree in Occupational Therapy Owner

Hello, and welcome to Spectrum Therapy Services, LLC. My name is NIkki Stout, and I graduated from New York University, with my Occupational Therapy Masters degree. I have had over 25 year experience, and have had the opportunity to work in a wide range of settings, but by far my preferred setting is the Medicaid Waiver! I specialize in the area of individuals with developmental delay, intellectual and neurological disabilities. I have an amazing team of therapists who deliver exceptional individualized services to each client. I am a nature and animal lover, and my favorite activities in my free time are spending time with my adult children at the beach, going for walks with my Golden Doodle, gardening, and cooking.

Jaclyn Colton, OTD, OTROccupational Therapist Director

Jaclyn is a Doctor of Occupational Therapy with expertise in neurological and pediatric rehabilitation, as well as plenty of experience supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Skilled in designing evidence-based, client-centered interventions to promote functional independence, social inclusion, and meaningful outcomes. She’s experienced in developing training programs, fostering community engagement, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. She is also passionate about empowering clients and enhancing their quality of life through holistic care.

Akash ShahMasters in Physical Therapy Director

My name is Akash Shah. I completed my Masters in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda California and have been a practicing PT for the last 16 years. I find my work very rewarding and seeing improve on a daily basis keeps me motivated. In my spare time I enjoy reading, playing cricket and spending time with my family.

Lauren Patton MSOT, CAPS, OTR/L

Lauren Patton, MSOT, CAPS, OTR/L has been working as an Occupational Therapist, Accessibility Specialist, and Home Safety Consultant for the past 15 years. With a background in Human Biology from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Carolina, Lauren uses a transactional approach in addressing patients’ physical needs and beloved occupations in their homes and communities. After a decade of clinical work in rehabilitation, early intervention, and home health occupational therapy, Lauren has developed an understanding of clients’ diverse needs for creative solutions to elevate the experience of living their best lives. When not working with her clients, Lauren enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and three boys, and reading every good book she can get her hands on!

Teresa Artis OTD, OTR/L

Teresa Artis, OTD, OTR/L is a licensed occupational therapist focused on holistic, client-centered care. She has a passion for home and equipment modifications to promote safe and independent living for individuals with a wide range of disabilities. Outside of growing in her career, she enjoys spending time with family & friends and a very proud Richmond foodie!

Chirag Patel Masters in Physical Therapy

My approach combines evidence-based clinical expertise with a genuine passion for movement, ensuring that every client receives a personalized path to recovery. Over the past 18 years, I have worked with a diverse range of conditions, helping individuals transition from pain to performance.

Cassondra Culmone Masters in Speech-Language Pathology

My name is Cassondra and I received my Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Towson University, following a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The College New Jersey. I have experience with both adults and children, and love to make communication internally motivating and functional. I’m passionate about ensuring everyone has access to a functional form of communication.

In my free time, I like to spend time with my pets, create art, and play disc golf.
